HERE’S OUR STORY
We have over 20 years of construction experience from excavation to roofing and everything in between.
After years of working for others and gaining experience, we branched out on our own in 2023 and formed the Wright Roofing Company.
Complementing our professional endeavors, my personal journey includes over 25 years of residence in the lake area, alongside a lifelong union with my wife, with whom we have nurtured and raised 4 children.
We also take immense joy in our role as grandparents to 5 grandchildren.
At Wright Roofing we believe in building relationships and providing top-quality workmanship.
We are not just roofers. We are craftsmen and take great pride in our work.
I have personally overseen 300 projects and handled nearly $4M in insurance claims.
Our company is known for its integrity. We are honest people and own our mistakes.
And, last but certainly not least, we strongly believe in giving back to the community.

James Hodge
General Manager
As the General Manager, James is a pivotal figure within our team, providing integral organization and direction. His multifaceted role encompasses functions ranging from sales representation to project management, reflecting his versatile skill set and unwavering commitment to ensuring projects are executed efficiently and in alignment with the highest standards of quality.
Outside of the professional sphere, James prioritizes quality time with his family, deriving fulfillment from his role as husband and father to 4 children. His diverse background extends beyond construction expertise, encompassing proficiency in data analysis and proficiency in networking and internet connectivity.
Derik Sweeney
Construction Manager
Derik manages all our construction and remodel projects. Derik’s favorite projects are the ones no one wants,the more complicated the more fun for him. Derick can truly do it all.
Derik is a fun-loving country boy and when hes not making the magic happen at work you can bet he will be on the Side-by-Side with his wife and kids, or on the boat in the summer.
Derik has been in construction most of his life, working on a varity of high-end projects. He understands the most important part of any project is making sure the homeowner gets what they deserve and are completly satisfied.
